Solves the 5MB file limit encountered when uploading evidence to UYAP: divides up to 50 files (JPG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, PDF — total 100MB) into 5MB PDF packages using a smart placement algorithm; images that don't fit are gradually compressed and a TABLE OF CONTENTS page with document name/page/size information is added to the beginning of each package. Smart placement based on size (to produce the fewest packages); the contents page of each package shows which document is in which package.
Is there any quality loss?
For large images that don't fit, JPEG quality is gradually reduced (85→70→50→35); the highest possible quality is automatically selected to preserve readability.
