This page summarizes the rules that apply when using the Multisite service. By using the service, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
Parties
Multisite is operated by Ajans Medialine ("we", "our"). By using the Service, you enter into a legal agreement with Ajans Medialine. Membership and payment transactions are processed through myenergypool.com; the terms applicable there are also binding here.
Description of the service
Multisite is a multi-tenant content and AI chatbot platform. Users can create sites, publish content and products, connect custom domains, and activate AI-powered chatbots through the dashboard.
Payment and plans
How does it work?
To use Multisite, an energy package is purchased through myenergypool.com. Site creation, chatbot usage, and other AI operations are deducted from your energy balance. Package prices and conditions are published at myenergypool.com/pricing.
Paddle Merchant of Record
All purchases are processed through Paddle.com — Paddle is the registered merchant (Merchant of Record) for all transactions and assumes tax (VAT) compliance. Your card details are never shared with us.
User responsibilities
- Content you upload must comply with the law and must not infringe the rights or trademark permissions of third parties.
- Publishing spam, phishing, malware, or illegal content is prohibited (see Acceptable Use).
- You are responsible for your account security. Your account may be suspended if shared access, multiple sessions, or malicious access is detected.
- The ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of information shared through the AI chatbot rests with the site owner.
Intellectual property
The Multisite logo, design, and software infrastructure are the property of Ajans Medialine. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Your own content published on your sites remains your property.
Copyright and User Content
- The responsibility for all rights to any content uploaded to the platform (including background music) rests exclusively with the uploading user. The user declares and undertakes that they hold all necessary rights and permissions for the content they upload.
- xloji.com is a hosting provider under Law No. 5651 and has no obligation to pre-screen content uploaded by users.
- Notice and takedown: copyright infringement notices are received at /telif-bildirimi. Content found to be infringing is removed without delay (FSEK Supplementary Article 4).
- Repeat infringement policy: a user with 2 verified copyright infringements will have their video upload rights disabled; on the 3rd infringement, the account will be closed.
- Indemnification: any damages suffered by the platform due to an infringement will be reclaimed from the user who uploaded the infringing content.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ajans Medialine and Multisite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages — including data loss, loss of profit, or business interruption.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ajans Medialine harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from your violation of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. We will announce significant changes by email or dashboard notification. Continued use after updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
