  • Chatbot messages: visitors' conversations with the site chatbot.

  • Payment data: card details never reach us; Paddle collects them as the registered merchant.

Why do we process it?

  • Service operation: hosting your site, chatbot responses, domain routing.
  • Security: detecting and preventing abuse, spam, and phishing attempts.
  • Communication: support requests and important service announcements.
  • Legal obligations: accounting records, requests from competent authorities.

Who do we share it with?

Our service providers

xloji.com (identity), My Energy Pool (energy/payment), Paddle (Merchant of Record), cloud infrastructure providers (server and CDN), email services, AI model providers (for chatbot responses), music recognition service (short audio clips taken from uploaded videos, for copyright pre-screening).

Legal requests

We may share necessary data in response to lawful requests from competent authorities. In such cases we will notify you (unless prohibited).

Data isolation

Multisite is a multi-tenant platform. Each site's data is isolated by site_id; users of different sites cannot access each other's data. Super administrators can view data only within the scope of platform management.

Retention period

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When an account is closed, personal data is anonymized within 30 days; records kept for accounting purposes may be retained for the legally required period.
