Transaction information: package purchases, energy usage, order numbers
Content data: pages, posts, products, and media files you publish
Technical data: IP address, browser information, log records

Processing purposes and legal bases

Performance of contract (Article 5/2-c): providing the service, account management, payment.
Legal obligation (5/2-a): accounting records, requests from competent authorities.
Legitimate interest (5/2-f): fraud prevention, security, service improvement.
Explicit consent (5/1): marketing communications (if you have opted in).

Transfers

Your data may be shared with our service providers: xloji.com (identity), My Energy Pool (energy/payment), Paddle (Merchant of Record, EU/UK), cloud infrastructure providers, email services, AI model providers. Transfers abroad are made subject to the adequate protection conditions stipulated by the Law.

Retention

Data is retained for as long as your membership is active. After an account is closed, personal data is anonymized within 30 days; accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period (general rule: 10 years).
