🎬 YouTube Transcript Editor
YouTube Transcript Editor; takes a video's automatically generated subtitles or manually extracted transcript and converts it into readable, clean text. You upload your transcript file (.srt, .vtt, .txt, .docx, or .pdf) — you don't bother pasting the text into a form and there's no length worry; the tool splits and processes long recordings in the background. YouTube's automatic subtitles are fast but often lack punctuation, misrecognize words, split sentences in the middle, and are full of timestamps. This tool examines the text from beginning to end; corrects misspelled words based on context, adds capitalization and punctuation, breaks speech into natural sentences and paragraphs — without changing the meaning, without adding new information to the content. If you check the 'Remove timestamps' box, all time markers like 00:12, [01:23] and subtitle line numbers will be removed in one go; you'll be left with clean text that can be directly converted into an article, blog post, or notes. You determine what the tool will do with the 'What should I do?' selector: only Correct, only Summarize, or Correct + Summarize. You can also write a specific request in the optional instructions box — for example, 'compile the words of only a specific speaker' or 'divide the text into headings'. If you leave it blank, the entire transcript will be processed as is. This tool is especially useful for content creators who want to transcribe video content, students taking notes from lectures and conference recordings, and journalists transcribing interviews and podcasts. Sık Sorulan Sorular
What file types can I upload?
YouTube subtitle files (.srt, .vtt), plain text (.txt), Word (.docx) and PDF are supported. You can save the subtitle you downloaded from YouTube or the transcript you copied to a text file and upload it.
Can I process the transcript of a long video?
Yes. Because you upload a file instead of pasting the text into the form, there is practically no length limit; the tool divides long recordings into sections, processes them, and combines the results.
What is the purpose of the optional instruction box?
If you leave it blank, the entire transcript will be processed in standard format. If you wish, you can write a special instruction — for example, to compile the words of a specific speaker, divide the text into headings, or focus on a specific section.
Does the tool add new information to the text?
No. In correction mode, only incorrectly recognized words, punctuation, and sentence structure are corrected; meaning and content are preserved. In summary mode, only the information in the text is used.
How much energy does it take to use the tool?
You need at least 300,000⚡ energy balance in your account to start this tool. The fee is deducted in sections for long transcripts and as they are processed; if your balance runs out before the job is finished, you will only be charged for the sections processed up to that point and you will receive the part you have.
